Delivery Information
Pink Princess makes every effort to provide every customer with a prompt and efficient delivery service.
• We use Royal Mail and DHL to ship our UK orders.
• We use Royal Mail and Interlink to ship our European orders.
• We use Royal Mail and FEDEX to ship worldwide deliveries (locations other than UK and Europe).
UK Orders placed before 2.30PM Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day.
Where possible we will also endeavour to ship orders placed between 2.30-5pm on the same day, but we can not guarantee this.
UK Orders for Next-day delivery should be placed before 2.30PM, this is displayed on the checkout pages.
Orders placed Sat-Sun will be processed over the weekend but not despatched until Mon AM.
Customers are sent an email upon dispatch of their orders. Where applicable customers are also sent tracking information to enable them to track their deliveries (this is only possible when a trackable service is used, deliveries under 2kg are sometimes dispatched non trackable services).

Delivery will only be attempted once, if no-one at the delivery address or at a neighbours house is available to sign for the consignment, a delivery card will be posted through your letter-box by the delivery driver, and your package will be returned to the local depot.
Upon failed delivery and delivery card being posted you will either be required to collect the consignment from the depot or if a re-delivery attempt is required then it is possible that a re-delivery charge will be required before your package can be re-delivered.
For convenience an alternative address can be specified for delivery of goods (ie place of work etc) when completing the checkout process. Also during the checkout process a contact telephone number can be provided, this will only be used by our staff upon problems with your order or delivery and NOT for marketing purposes.
